A short epistle to the Brethren in Christ

Psalm 133:1 Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!

God has given us the opportunity in the USA to worship Him alongside one another. Not every Christian has this opportunity. Some are in the deep mission field overseas in places where they forbid the corporate and public worship of our King. Those brothers and sister LONG to be part of a community of believers, but they, instead, live in exile serving the unbelievers, and preaching the Gospel to whomever will listen. Let’s not take for granted our opportunity.

We, I opine, take this grace of God for granted because we can so freely do it, and often at that. But still in some occasions not often enough. The Body of Christ in the USA should take into consideration the coming persecution(That has already begun). Yes we have different denominations, that focus and emphasize on different aspects of the Christian experience, but nonetheless we are a body. Even more than that We are brothers and sisters united in Christ, by His Life, Death, and Resurrection, with the sure confidence of His return. So my prayer for the visible church is that we would stand as ONE catholic (Universal, not just roman catholic, i mean universal) church bought with the precious blood of Christ, together a midst our differences in soteriology, and other secondary doctrines, to preach Christ and Him crucified to the unbelievers, and ourselves.

Grace and peace
